When a SIM is registered to the network, IMEI information is populated under “Network IMEI”, if available from the connectivity provider. A user has the choice of locking his SIM to a device by enabling the IMEI lock for a network IMEI or a User IMEI.

A user can set the lock for an individual SIM or multi-select a few SIM.

The user can then select if he wants to set the lock on the network IMEI or User defined IMEI. For each case, he has the choice between setting it for the current shown IMEI value or get set based on the first detected IMEI.

You can similarly “unlock IMEI” for 1 or more SIMs.
