Tag Management for SIM Cards and SIM Profiles
Add or Remove Tags
To effectively manage the addition or removal of tags for multiple SIM Cards and SIM Profiles, you can take advantage of the Bulk Action feature.
Follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to Bulk Actions.
Select the Provisioning menu.
Choose the desired subcategory, either SIMs or Soft Profiles, based on your preference, to add or remove tags efficiently.
Note: Keep in mind that the template for uploading data differs depending on the entity type:
For SIMs: You are required to upload the EIDs (32-digit identifiers) in the designated template.
For SIM Profiles: You need to upload the ICCIDs in the provided template.
Refer to the template example below for both cases:
SIM Profiles:
SIM/eSIMs:
After selecting the sub-category, choose the desired action as "Add" or "Remove" to perform tag-related operations.
Click Next to Proceed
Download the provided template.
Once you have updated the CSV file with the required details:
Browse the CSV file.
You will see the total number of records, valid records, and invalid records. Verify the details to ensure accuracy.
Click Upload.
Processing & Confirmation
The system will process the data, which may take a few seconds.
You will receive a confirmation once the Tag is added or removed.
You will receive an email notification on your registered email address. This email will provide a detailed summary of the status of your action, such as "File upload complete - Add/Remove tags".
To cross-verify the tag addition or removal, you can also navigate to the SIM/eSIMs/SIM Profiles section and search using the ICCID or EID.
This will allow you to check whether the tag has been successfully added or removed from the corresponding SIM cards or SIM Profiles.
