Inventory
The inventory status of the SIMs and Profiles in the account are displayed here. Clicking on these tiles will navigate the user directly into the appropriate SIM list table with the filter applied.
The inventory count is displayed as
Total SIMs - total SIMs in the account
Total Profiles - total eUICC profiles in the account (including ones installed on the SIMs)
Ready - These are profiles that are ready for activation. There is typically no impact on billing in this state.
Active - These are profiles that are activated and will be able to use data/ SMS/ Voice. Users typically always pay for having profiles in this state.
Suspended - These are profiles that are suspended and will not be able to use data/ SMS/ Voice. Suspension/ Reactivation charges, if applicable, could apply.
Terminated - These profiles will not be able to use data/ SMS/ Voice and are pretty much considered dead. Users must exercise extreme caution in changing to this state.
