What is a consumer eSIM?

Latest eSIM-ready phones allow you to download a "SIM-profile" directly onto your devices, thus eliminating the need for a physical SIM card.

Some examples of eSIM-enabled mobile devices are: Newer generation iPhones (iPhone XS and above) with iOS software 12.1.2, Google Pixel 2 and above, etc.

How can I purchase consumer eSIMs from ConnectedYou?

Currently, we only offer consumer eSIMs to enterprises (not end users) and allow them to manage the stock of these consumer-eSIMs in the IOH platform. Please contact your sales contact in order to purchase these. The cost is EUR 1.00 per purchase and the rates applicable are the same as what is seen for IoT/M2M SIMs/ eSIMs: You can browse them here.

How do we receive the consumer-eSIMs order?

When your order is fulfilled, the eSIMs will be provisioned into you IOH account and you will be provided the consumer-eSIMs information in a file with the following information:
