Force majeure

No failure or omission by either Party to carry out or observe any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, except for payment obligations, shall give rise to any claim against such Party or be deemed a breach of this Agreement if such failure or omission arises from fires, earthquakes or other natural phenomena, an act of God, wars, insurrections, riots, terrorism, an act or failure to act of any governmental authority, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of that Party. The Party affected by the event of force majeure shall give the other Party written notice thereof within ten (10) days after such an event occurs. If an event of force majeure disrupts or interferes with the Platform, CY will endeavour to restore the service as soon as reasonably possible.
