# Modifications 1. CY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Platform or to modify the terms of use in this Agreement, at any time and without prior notice. If CY modifies the terms of use, CY will post the modification on the Platform and/or provide You with notice of the modification by email. CY will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the terms of use. Changes to the terms of use will be effective at the time of posting. Your continued access to or use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the modified terms of use. Additionally, if the modified terms of use contain material changes applicable to existing Customers (by decreasing Customer’s rights or increasing Customer’s responsibilities), CY will provide You with notice prior to the changes taking effect. If the modified terms of use are not acceptable to You, Your only recourse is to cease using the Platform. If You continue using the Platform, You will be deemed to have accepted the changes. 2.
