SIMs Details

Upon selecting a specific SIM card from the main SIM/eSIMs list, Users will be navigated to a detailed SIM page where they can access comprehensive information about that SIM card.

In addition to viewing the SIM card overview & Diagnostics, users will have the ability to perform various actions directly from this page.

SIM Reset

Use the SIM Reset button to reset the network connection. This action will force the device to detach from the network and try the network attach again.

Once the reset is triggered, a second reset can only be triggered after 5 mins waiting period.

Online/ Offline status

The network status of the device is visible with an "Online"/ "Offline" status.

If the device is online the private dynamic IP within a subnet assigned to the device will also be shown along with details RAT used (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G), the usage value during the ongoing data session.

if there is an error in fetching the current status the status will be shown as "Unknown".

Search

By utilizing the Search tab and entering the specific EID from the account, users can directly retrieve and view the overview and diagnostics details related to that particular SIM card or SIM profile.

This streamlines the process of finding and accessing information, allowing for quick navigation and troubleshooting when dealing with specific EIDs.
