IMEI Lock Management

Perform bulk actions to manage IMEI locks for SIMs with the following options:

• Enable Network IMEI Lock.

• Enable User-defined IMEI Lock.

• Disable IMEI Lock.

To perform these bulk actions, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the Bulk Provisioning menu and select the Security tab.

• Choose the subcategory IMEI Lock.

• Select the desired action: Enable Network IMEI Lock, Enable User-defined IMEI Lock or Disable.

• Provide the EIDs for the SIMs you want to enable network IMEI lock, enable user-defined IMEI lock, or disable IMEI lock.

• Save the updated information in the CSV file.

• The system will process the data, which may take a few seconds.

You will receive a confirmation once the bulk IMEI Lock is completed.

Upon completing your action, you will receive an email notification on your registered email address. This email will provide a detailed summary of the status of your action, such as "File upload complete - Enable IMEI Lock".

It ensures that you stay informed about the progress and outcome of your requested action.
