The Overview tab offers a comprehensive summary of the SIM card, providing details such as the Number of SIM profiles downloaded on the card. Additionally, the tab includes information about Transactions associated with the SIM card, allowing users to track events like eUICC, Billing status.

ICCID | The ICCID uniquely identifies the SIM profile associated with the SIM card. |
SIM Profile | A descriptive label for the SIM profile like CYTLXX, CYTAXX etc. |
Provider | The service provider or carrier associated with the SIM card. |
Billing Status | The current billing status of the SIM profile, such as Ready, active, suspended or terminated. |
Last status updated at | The date and time when the status of the SIM profile was last updated. |
Last seen country | The country when the SIM card was last active or connected to the network. |
Last seen on the network | The network where the SIM profile was last connected. |
Provision Date | The date when the SIM Card was provisioned to the customer account. |
APN | The Access Point Name, which is the network gateway that allows the SIM card to connect to the Internet or other IP-based services. |
Tags | Any tags or labels associated with the SIM card for categorization or identification purposes. |
Network IMEI | IMEI automatically populated by connectivity provider, if available |
User IMEI | IMEI field that user can manually set. |
IMEI Locked | The lock/ unlock symbol indicates if the IMEI lock is set or not. The value next to it indicates the IMEI the lock is set on. |
The SIM Profiles on Card section provides information about the SIM profiles downloaded on the SIM card. It includes the following details:

SIM Profile | SIM profile that has been downloaded on the SIM Card. |
Provider | Network operator/provider of connectivity services. |
ICCID | The connectivity profile’s identifier. All ICCIDs for the card are shown. |
IMSI | IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) is a 15 digit identifier of a SIM to the network. |
MSISDN | The connectivity profile’s phone number. |
Billing state | Ready/ Active/ Suspended/ Terminated - shows whether the SIM is able to connect to data/ SMS or not. |
Last status updated at | Timestamp when the status was last updated. |
IMEI | The IMEI identifier of the device in which the SIM (containing this profile) sits. |
Data | Data usage, month to date shown for the current month. |
SMS In | SMS incoming usage, month to date shown for the current month. |
SMS Out | SMS outgoing usage, month to date shown for the current month. |
Voice In | Voice incoming usage, month to date shown for the current month. |
Voice Out | Voice outgoing usage, month to date shown for the current month. |
Last seen country | Last known country of the SIM/device based on network registration or data/sms/voice usage. |
Tags | User can apply tags for a profile to identify it. |
APN | "Access Point Name" to be used for the SIM Profile. |
Provision date | The date the profile has been allocated/ provisioned into the account. |
Users also have the ability to apply filters and customize the columns according to their preferences on the Overview tab.
Furthermore, users can download filtered data in a file format of their choice, facilitating data analysis and further processing as per their requirements.
The Transactions section provides information about various operations or transactions related to the SIM card. It includes the following details:
Operations ID: An ID associated with the specific operation or transaction.
ICCID: The ICCID of the SIM profile associated with the transaction.
Updated At: The date and time when the transaction was last updated.
Operation Type: The type of operation performed, such as changing the billing status, SIM reset, audit, enabling profile, setting fallback, downloading profile, deleting profile, etc.
Message: A message or description related to the transaction, such as "Request was denied by the RSP platform.
Status: The status of the transaction, indicating whether it was successful, in progress, pending, rejected, or cancelled.
