Bulk Update User-defined IMEI

To efficiently update user-defined IMEI for multiple SIM Cards, follow these steps:

• Select the User-Defined IMEI subcategory from the navigation menu.

• Choose the Update action.

• Click Next to proceed.

Uploading User-defined IMEI in Bulk

To upload user-defined IMEI in bulk, follow these steps:

• Download the provided template.

• Open the template and ensure that the headers exactly match the example shown above or download the template for reference.

• All entries in the template should be unique.

• Accepted EID entries should consist of 32 digits.

• Accepted IMEI entries should be either blank or contain greater than 13 digits.

• Duplicate EIDs or IMEIs will not be accepted.

Once you have updated the CSV file with the required details:

• Verify the updated information.

• Click Upload.

The system will process the data, which may take a few seconds.

You will receive a confirmation once the User IMEI is updated.

You will receive an email notification on your registered email address. This email will provide a detailed summary of the status of your action, such as "File upload complete - Update user defined IMEI".

It ensures that you stay informed about the progress and outcome of your requested action.

To cross-verify the IMEI operation, you can navigate to the SIM/eSIMs section and search using the EID.
